No, this is not about superstition. Well, not really. Though, I did jinx myself by saying I was getting better. Cough has gotten bad today, in part due to the damned rain. LOVE rain, but not what it does to my asthma/allergies/whatever.
I have a question for those of you who have anxiety or depression, or both, or who know someone with it. What helps you? I understand it is different for each person, but in general, what can someone do to help you?
I feel lost, it’s one thing to go through it yourself, it’s another to be on the other side. Also, what self help tips do you use? Do you take medication? How does that work for you?
It looks like doc won’t prescribe meds for hubby, which may or may not be a good thing? Yet, if it can help, why not try? Other illnesses get meds, what makes this so different that doctors are leery about it?
