Ok, short post. Just HAD to share, 3 times I have weighed myself over the course of a month, and all three times I have need below 200 lb!!
Still to high, but guys! BELOW 200 in over 2 years! I am so happy I could cry. Now once I kick this asthma attack, I will get back on my treadmill. (I think? Have I mentioned I have no energy AND I am lazy? )
With spring here, maybe I can borrow some energy from the sun?
